Dane Dawson is the Head Coach and Director of Coastal Football Academy. Dane leads all programs with a clear focus on long-term player development, accountability, and performance progression.


With experience coaching across elite youth environments, Dane specialises in creating structured training environments that support both individual growth and game understanding. Coastal Football Academy’s programs are designed to help players build strong foundations, develop confidence in match situations, and progress toward higher-level opportunities.


Dane is particularly passionate about individual development planning, using clear targets, consistent feedback, and evidence-based review to help players understand their game and improve with purpose. All IDP programs and Elite sessions are coach-led to ensure consistency, quality, and clear progression pathways.
